Titanium Coated Art Glass

The process involves printing ice flowers on the smooth surface of frosted glass using screen printing. The ice flowers can be any color of your choice such as gold, blue, green, red, purple or many more. A layer of high-temperature ink is then screen printed on top of the ice flower for added protection. It is then sent to the magnetron sputtering line where a layer of titanium film is plated on the edge of the ice flower. Finally, the protective ink is washed away with an alkaline solution, revealing the stunning product of titanium coated ice flower art glass. It will definitely make your decoration more magnificent, adding a touch of sophistication to space.
